FAQ / Common questions
Clear answers before the first visit.
A few practical questions property teams ask when planning commercial pool care.
How do I reach Commercial Pool Service Houston?
Call (832) 990-8645. The contact form copies an inquiry for your records and does not send email. There is no published street office.
What kinds of properties are covered?
This site focuses on commercial pools at apartments, HOAs, hotels, recreation facilities and other managed properties. Final service scope depends on the specific facility.
How often should a commercial pool be serviced?
There is no single schedule for every property. Hours of operation, bather load, weather, operator staffing and local requirements all matter. Testing may need to happen between service visits.
Can you help with equipment problems?
The service scope includes troubleshooting for pumps, filters, heaters and controls. Certain electrical, gas or specialized work may require an appropriately qualified trade.
Does a service visit replace daily operator testing?
Not necessarily. A scheduled service visit and the facility’s ongoing operating duties are separate. The responsibilities should be written down before service begins.
Does a CPO credential replace a health-department permit?
No. Certified Pool & Spa Operator training does not replace a facility permit or the operator’s responsibilities. Confirm training and supervision requirements with the authority for your specific pool; this site does not claim that its staff hold a CPO credential.
Are Houston pool rules the same everywhere in the metro?
No. Jurisdiction depends on the property address. Check Texas state requirements and the city or county health department responsible for your site. A Houston mailing address does not prove that City of Houston rules apply.
What should a property manager keep for an inspection?
Keep the permits, testing logs, service records, corrective-action history and previous inspection correspondence applicable to that facility. Ask the regulator for its current requirements rather than relying on a generic checklist.
Can I request a quote online?
You can prepare and copy an inquiry on a property page or the contact page. A verified business inbox has not yet been provided, so the site does not transmit it.
