Commercial pool service across Montgomery County
Montgomery County is one of the four counties this site plans around, together with the other core Houston-metro counties. Managed pools here include apartments, hotels and motels, townhome amenities, and HOA or master-planned neighborhood pools. The work is cleaning, maintenance, water chemistry, pumps and filters, equipment repair, heaters, green pool recovery, and inspection preparation. Scope follows the property, not the county line alone.
Montgomery County is not The Woodlands, and The Woodlands is not a city. Conroe, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Magnolia, Willis, Montgomery, and the smaller cities each have their own limits. Unincorporated places such as Porter and New Caney are county sites. The Woodlands Township can enforce deed restrictions and amenity rules, but it does not replace the state pool rules or the local health authority.
Cities, towns, and communities
These are the Montgomery County places with their own pages: Alden Bridge, April Sound, Bentwater, Cochran's Crossing, Conroe, Creekside Park, Cut and Shoot, Grogan's Mill, Imperial Oaks, Lake Conroe, Magnolia, Montgomery, New Caney, Oak Ridge North, Panorama Village, Panther Creek, Patton Village, Pinehurst, Porter, Roman Forest, Shenandoah, Splendora, Stagecoach, Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands, Walden, Willis, Woodforest, Woodloch. Smaller streets that are not named still belong in an inquiry if the address is in this county. A missing community name is not a "we do not travel there" rule.
Use the place page for local context, then send the street address. Master-planned communities and unincorporated areas are labeled as communities. Incorporated cities and towns are labeled as such. Where a city crosses a county line, the page says so. Pearland, Katy, Missouri City, Baytown, and League City are the examples people mix up most often across the metro, and this county's pages call out the ones that apply here.
One county, more than one health authority
Texas public pool rules are statewide. Enforcement is local. Inside an incorporated city the city health department may be the office that permits and inspects. In unincorporated Montgomery County, the county health office is the usual starting point. Extra-territorial areas and recent annexations, especially around Houston, Humble, and the northern suburbs, catch managers who trust the mailing city.
Class A, B, and C public pools are required to be under the supervision of a certified operator, who does not have to stand on the deck every hour. Someone still has to test and record disinfectant and pH on the schedule in the current 25 TAC 265.193 while the pool is open. A vendor visit does not replace that. The FAQ and the field notes walk through the difference between state rules and CDC guidance without pretending this site is the regulator.
How properties in this county should prepare
Before comparing service options, write down the vessels, the open hours, the clean-filter pressure if you know it, and the name of the person who can close the gate. Houston heat, sudden rain, and weekend load are county-wide. The tree cover, the age of the filters, and the approval path are not. An HOA board, a hotel engineer, and an apartment manager need different handoffs, which is why the apartment, hotel, motel, townhome, and HOA pages stay separate.
Storm season belongs in the annual plan. Pads flood, power blinks, and baskets fill in a single afternoon across Montgomery County. A restart checklist that says who may energize equipment, and who may not, prevents a well-meant reset of a wet controller. If the bottom cannot be seen or the pump will not hold prime, the amenity stays closed.
Service scopes that belong in every proposal
Ask each proposer to price cleaning, maintenance, and chemistry as separate duties even if one person performs them on the same stop. Add pump and filter work with a requirement to record clean-filter pressure. Equipment repair and heater work need an approval contact and a rule for when the gate locks. Recovery after algae or a flood is not included in a routine skim. Inspection preparation is a records job, not a promise that anyone will pass.
A Montgomery County portfolio should not share one chemical log across addresses. Conroe, The Woodlands, and Shenandoah can sit under different authorities and different bather patterns. Link the reports so a regional manager can read them, and keep the numbers site by site. When you are ready, copy an inquiry from the contact page with the address and the last log page attached in the text. Nothing on this site transmits that message.

CPO oversight and health-department rules
A Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) credential is training, not a permit or a substitute for the facility operator’s responsibilities. Identify who is trained to oversee the pool, who performs and records tests during open hours, and who has authority to close it when conditions are unsuitable. Check the qualifications required for your particular facility with its regulator; this page does not establish that any member of our team holds a CPO credential.
Texas public-pool requirements are published by the Texas Department of State Health Services. Permits, inspections and additional rules may be administered by the city or county health department responsible for the property address. Do not assume City of Houston rules apply to every suburb. Keep permits, water logs and inspection correspondence available, and confirm the current requirements directly with the responsible authority.
For a checklist of information to gather before an inspection, see inspection preparation. A service visit does not certify compliance or replace official inspection.

Is a Montgomery County mailing address enough to choose the health department?
Montgomery County is not The Woodlands, and The Woodlands is not a city. Conroe, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Magnolia, Willis, Montgomery, and the smaller cities each have their own limits. Unincorporated places such as Porter and New Caney are county sites. The Woodlands Township can enforce deed restrictions and amenity rules, but it does not replace the state pool rules or the local health authority.
